- You can choose to block yourself for six months, one year, five years or five years with auto-renewal. This means that after five years, you’ll automatically be entered into another five-year minimum period of self-exclusion without having to contact us.
- You can change your mind about auto-renewal and turn it off in your account. You can only make this change within the last six months of your five-year exclusion.
- You can still choose to exclude for five years, one year or six months if you prefer.
- Your self-exclusion remains active for seven years after it has expired unless you contact us to remove it.
- The auto-renewal option was made available in December 2024. If you registered before then, you can turn on auto-renewal or add a five years with auto-renewal period of self-exclusion in your account.
