• Your GAMSTOP exclusion will not automatically be removed at the end of your minimum exclusion period. It will remain in place for a further 7 years unless you take the following steps to remove it:
- Check that your exclusion has expired by signing in to your GAMSTOP account. If you do not have access to your account, please contact us.
- If your exclusion has expired, please call GAMSTOP for free on 0800 138 6518. We’re available every day, from 10am to 8pm. Please do not contact us if your exclusion hasn’t expired as we will not remove it early.
- We'll verify your identity before going through the removal process. This shouldn’t take long but is important to make sure you’re comfortable with the decision you’re taking.
