- Your Gamstop Online exclusion will not automatically be removed at the end of your minimum exclusion period. It will remain in place for a further seven years unless you take the following steps to remove it:
- Check that your exclusion has expired by signing in to your account. If you don't have access to your account, please contact us.
- If your exclusion has expired, request a verification code from your account and then call us for free on 0800 138 6518. We’re available every day, from 10am to 8pm. Please don't contact us if your exclusion hasn’t expired as we will not remove it early.
